Answer:
70.1 gallons (Use the chart and find the Pressure alt and then go to the right to find the KTS and Fuel flow (1000 NM / 164 knots = 6.09 hr > multiply 6.09 by 11.5 (which is the GPH of fuel flow) and you get 70.1 gallons.)
